1. Company Statement
Ayoubluxurycars recognizes the importance of protecting the personal data collected on this website. We are committed to responsible data handling, ensuring that your information is kept secure and used only for legitimate business purposes.
2. Reservation Policy
After submitting a reservation through our online booking system, and once your booking is confirmed, Ayoubluxurycars will send you a confirmation email with your rental voucher within 24 hours. This document includes all the necessary details about your rental prior to your arrival.
Your email address is used solely to send your reservation details.
Your phone number will only be used if we need to clarify or confirm your booking.
If you wish to modify your reservation, please contact Ayoubluxurycars by email, clearly stating the details of the requested change. While we will do our best to accommodate adjustments, we cannot guarantee all modifications will be possible.
By using our booking system, you agree not to:
Make speculative or false reservations.
Use the system for competitive or pricing research.
Use the Ayoubluxurycars name or materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
3. Booking Cancellation
All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
If your reservation is made less than 48 hours before pickup, any prepayment made is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
4. Customer Requirements
Every passenger, including children of all ages, must have their own seat.
The number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle’s capacity.
Transporting additional passengers is strictly prohibited.
Smoking or drinking alcohol inside the vehicle is not allowed.
In case of violation, the driver reserves the right to terminate the rental immediately.
The customer must provide a valid mobile number and remain reachable upon arrival.
5. Pick-Up and Drop-Off Policy
For airport pickups, it is essential that we receive your flight number and arrival time in advance — either when booking or at least two days before departure (via email or phone).
Our driver will meet you at the designated pick-up area holding a sign with your last name.
6. Privacy Statement
Ayoubluxurycars is committed to protecting your privacy. We only collect the information necessary to provide our services effectively. Customers are always informed about how their data is used and can choose whether their information is included in marketing communications.
All personal data is stored securely and accessible only to authorized employees who require it for business purposes. Every employee and business partner is required to maintain strict confidentiality standards.
7. Complaints
All complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the vehicle’s return date.
Complaints received after this period cannot be processed.

9. Legal Driving Requirements
Minimum driver age: 21 years old
Required documents: Valid driver’s license and passport
10. Accidents, Damage, and Theft
In the event of an accident, theft, or vehicle damage, the renter must:
Immediately notify Ayoubluxurycars and the police.
Remain at the scene until authorized to leave by the authorities.
Follow all instructions given by the police and Ayoubluxurycars staff.
The renter may only leave the scene temporarily to provide or receive medical assistance.
11. Border Crossing
Traveling outside Morocco with a rental vehicle is strictly prohibited.
12. Deposit Policy
No deposit is required for vehicle rentals.
13. Cleanliness Policy
Vehicles must be returned in a reasonably clean condition.
An extra cleaning fee may apply for extremely dirty interiors.
14. Fines, Keys, and Documentation
All parking and traffic fines are the customer’s responsibility.
Loss of vehicle keys or documentation will incur a €500 charge.
